The rooms were very comfortable and well supplied + the internet was fast. The staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed, including renting a scooter.

Vus Homestay was one of our favourites in Vietnam! The gardens and pool were such a nice space to relax and the host was incredible. She organised transfers from the airport for us at a very reasonable price as well as our caving expedition (make sure you book through them rather than beforehand online as I believe they get a bonus from the tour companies). We got free coffee and Lemon tea every time we came back to the accomodations which was a lovely touch. The location was great, close to lots of food places and a short free bike ride to the picturesque villa.

The best thing about Lucky Homes was the staff, they were both accommodating and friendly. The chef invited me one night to hang out and chill with him and have some beer, snacks, and rice wine, was an awesome time. The second thing I loved about Lucky Homes was how delicious the food was, I did not have to eat out at any other restaurants cause the food here was really good, and I never ate the same thing twice, the chef had a good variety of meals to suggest for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The property itself was very clean, and the room and bathroom were massive, with more than enough space, which made it super comfortable. The location was right across from the river, they have tables and chairs for you to relax and have a drink or eat while enjoying the beautiful scenery. It's not too far from the town center, maybe like a 25-minute walk, but I enjoyed the area around Lucky Homes more. They have bicycles free to use, which was fun exploring the neighborhood, and also motorbike rental, which I used to drive to Paradise Cave, highly recommended. Overall, this was one of the best trips I have taken in a while and Lucky Homes attributed a large amount of the reason why I had such a great time.

Palafita Bungalow features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and shared lounge in Phong Nha. Loved the location, surrounded by rice fields. Out of the tourist zone. We loved it, we stayed an extra night. Very relaxing, the owner answers very quick on whatsapp and shes very nice and welcoming. She cooked us breakfast and dinner, very good and reasonable price. The rooms are clean and warm, the bed was comfortable as well. If you need to book tours or have any questions, the owner has answers and books it for you. We had our own motorcycles so it was easy for us to go from place to place, if you’re travelling by bus and train i think you can have access to a scooter with the owner if you ask. 100% recommend, it’s calm and its a great price !! Thank you for everything :)

All pretty new good shower and aircon, clean and spacious room with a small balcony all I asked for, can’t fault the property.

I can’t say Thanks to Trang amazing guest I have found in my traveling experience till now. Our bus dropped us at 2 am in the morning. Trang came to pickup us with motor bike at 2 am . Quang Binh is good option for adventure traveller, not suitable for relaxation and beach. the nature view on the road to paradise cave, dark cave iss so so amazing, experience yourself with the rented motobike. the cave is not interesting to me, so boring and waste of money on the ticket-it is so expensive but not worthy for me

This hotel is rated as 4 star, but standards have slipped considerably. Our rooms were large and comfortable, but the furniture and fittings need renewal and repair. The river view is excellent and the city view is very good. Daily room service was very good. The pool is large and well maintained. We appreciated the flexibility of a 1 pm check-out.

The male receiptionist in the night shift was absolutely amazing (sorry I didn’t notice his name). He was so gentle and helpful with all the check-in and also covid 19 health declaration. The room is big and very clean. The pool is great and the staff in the restaurant for breakfast is nice also.

The hotel is amazing: the room is great with a fantastic view of the seaside and they welcome you with a delicious cake inside when you arrive. The food is delicious and very well presented. The staff is very welcoming and will never let you down. The outdoor pool is stunning and the water clean and at the right temperature to enjoy it at full. You can really experience how the vietnamese are such great people!

This place is a hidden gem and I wish not too many people would learn about it =) The place is fantastic, feels very homey, with the best services and food you can imagine in the village. They will help you with all the travels, foods, advice medical needs, clean your laundry and get you ready for the adventures you came for. Cannot express how happy and relaxed I was.

Wonderful stay. Staff were incredible. We arrived late to a great welcome by Ben and Long. They organized a great day on bikes with local guides to two caves down back roads and across rivers. Brilliant. Made up for time lost. Long organized onward travel. Food fab, Gary love the Shepards pie. Couldn’t say enough about this place. Just stay here!! We’d love to come back for longer.
